About Us

Jessica is the President of APEM and has been working with the company since 2006. She brings a passion and patience for the construction industry and enjoys the everyday challenges that it brings. While her primary focus is on the overall health and day to day logistics of the company, she enjoys working on healthcare projects with customers she has worked with for over a decade. Jess always tries to make time for cooking, traveling, and spending time with animals.

Sean is one of our most seasoned employees and has been with the APEM since 2012. As a prior Estimator for a glazing contractor, he holds a large breadth of knowledge in the construction industry and has experienced the unique point of view of our customers. He is tasked with managing all of the exterior products that APEM sells in the DC metropolitan area. Sean is incredibly devoted to his work and enjoys hiking with his wife and pups while still finding some time for DIY house projects.

Will has been working hand in hand with the APEM team since 2014, getting his start working primarily with Expansion Joint Covers. Will comes from a contracting background and knows first hand the pain points that our customers go through on a day to day basis. Today he spends most of his time working with Architects and Designers and helping out our Subcontractors with tricky installation questions! Will loves to hike, fish, and do pretty much anything outdoors!

Rachel has been working with the APEM team for a multitude of years and knows the interior products inside and out. Most of her time is spent on site working directly with Facilities and other end users to provide appropriate solutions for some of their biggest design problems. Rachels’ experience in the industry is top notch. On weekends she loves to spend time in her garden and also swing dancing!

Brandy is the newest member of the APEM team and handles facility sales and project management for the Richmond and Virginia Beach area. Brandy brings with her a background in the Construction Industry and understands the importance of paying attention to the nitty gritty details. She is a fast learner and is proficient in managing complex interior projects. Brandy loves to spend any free time that she does have baking, making candies, and spending time with her husband and kids!

As a prior employee of Construction Specialties, Alicia holds tremendous knowledge and understanding into the systems and processes that make CS run. Alicia handles the customer support and project management for all of our interior products in the DC/MD/Northern VA region. Her quick and accurate responses cause her to excel in her role. If you ever have a question or quote request and need a quick answer, she can help! Alicia is an animal lover and enjoys taking trips with her pups and family in their new camper.
